All about the Villa

Villa A.1. is a luxury home and as such is filled with all the essentials to give you a special holiday. It has a unique location as it is quite literally on the beach. A gate from the garden leads onto a large sandy beach with a gradual sloping into clear waters.

Santo Tomas is a small village which is a cul-de-sac and thus very safe for children and teenagers who have all they need within walking distance. There are two small supermarkets, a chemist with resident doctor, 3 nearby 5 and 6 star hotels with gym and health and beauty centres and several bars and restaurants. Padel courts to rent and kyaks, canoes and 4 seater boats to rent without licence. A beach bar near the villa serves excellent fish, meat and local dishes.

The next door village of Es Mijorn is completely Spanish with only a little English spoken and with three excellent restaurants and tapas bars. There is also a beautiful and recently updated 18-hole Golf Course at Son Parc, about 20 minutes’ drive from the villa.

The villa is light and airy with ceiling fans and air con in all the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms with W.C.s (2 en suite) three doubles ( King sized beds ) and one twin. The fourth shower room is downstairs.

The garden leads straight onto the sea and there are lots of loungers if you want to stay in the privacy of the villa and pool.
